Accounts & Payroll Officer – Crane Crew Legend Wanted
We're a busy crane company looking for someone who's switched-on, organised, and genuinely enjoys keeping the numbers in line. If you're the type who likes a good spreadsheet, stays calm when things get hectic, and doesn't mind a bit of industry banter, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with weekly payroll for our operators, riggers, and office crew
* Sorting accounts payable and receivable without breaking a sweat
* Keeping timesheets, allowances, and job costs tidy and accurate
* Sending invoices, raising purchase orders, and helping with month end
* Answering payroll and accounts questions with a friendly, "Yep, I've got it"
What We're Looking For
* Experience in accounts and payroll (crane or construction experience is a big plus)
* Someone who's detail focused but still easygoing
* Comfortable using accounting software like Xero
* Good communicator who can keep things moving
* A fast learner who can pick up new systems quickly — you'll be getting hands on with our visual dispatch software
* A team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed
