As part of this mission, we're building Société - our international loyalty and rewards program.
Alongside LuxPlus+, the world's most valuable travel subscription program.
This role is about architecting, launching, and scaling an innovative travel loyalty program: driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value on a global scale.
As our first single threaded loyalty leader, you'll combine analytical rigor with entrepreneurial execution to design the program mechanics, test and optimise offerings, and grow our member base worldwide.
You'll act as both CX architect and business owner, setting the strategic vision while rolling up your sleeves to make it real.
What you'll do:Drive the evolution of Luxury Escapes' loyalty programs, refining points, tiers, and benefitsUse data and feedback to continuously improve Société's member value propositionCreate and test new initiatives to surprise and delight members, boosting engagement and retentionAnalyse member behaviour, program performance, and partner ROI to guide investment and promotionsSource, negotiate, and manage global partnerships across airlines, hotels, retail, and experiencesExpand the program's reach and value through innovative commercial and strategic collaborationsChampion a seamless, personalised member journey across digital and offline touchpointsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, tech, finance, and customer experience teamsScan market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and technologiesDefine, track, and report on key loyalty metrics, presenting insights to senior leadership QualificationsThrive in a fast-paced, lean environment with a test-and-learn mindsetBring ambition and leadership potential to grow into a senior business-owner roleCommunicate and influence effectively across diverse stakeholdersApply strong analytical and commercial skills to assess data, model impact, and measure ROIConfidently use Excel, SQL, and BI tools to support decision-makingDemonstrate success in introducing new features, benefits, or partnerships within loyalty ecosystemsKeep customer needs at the centre, translating insights into experiences that drive loyaltyManage product roadmaps, prioritise enhancements, and coordinate across functionsBalance strategic thinking with hands-on program deliveryBring an international outlook, with experience tailoring propositions across regionsAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
