Jordan Plumbing is expanding its in-house design capability and seeking a Hydraulic Revit Modeller / Drafter to join their Adelaide team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial construction projects across South Australia, developing coordinated hydraulic services models while working alongside experienced project teams within one of the region's leading tier-one plumbing contractors. Whether you are an experienced Revit modeller or a developing drafter looking to specialise in hydraulic services, this role provides the chance to build your technical capability within a team-driven environment.

The Opportunity
As part of the internal design and coordination team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality Revit models and construction documentation for major building projects. Working closely with the Design Manager, the office staff, site teams, project managers and other trades, you will support the coordination of hydraulic services across projects while ensuring documentation accuracy and constructibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality hydraulic services documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD
* Develop coordinated 3D models for construction projects
* Review drawings to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with project requirements
* Coordinate hydraulic services with other building trades and project stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency and project outcomes
* Support project teams in meeting design milestones and documentation deliverables
* Ensure designs align with relevant Australian standards including AS/NZS 3500.
Skills & Experience
* Experience using Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD
* Drafting or modelling experience within building services or construction
* Exposure to hydraulic services design highly regarded
* Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholdersOrganisational and problem-solving skills
* Relevant qualifications in drafting, building services or engineering are advantageous but not essential.
