Position Details
* Full-Time Maximum Term Contract until 31 March 2027
* Classification: SCHADS Level 8 with a salary range of $129,349- $134,427 per annum pro rata + Superannuation
* Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year
* Location: Alice Springs or ability to travel to Alice Springs, (this role requires hybrid work)
About your new role
The Senior Project Lead will play a key role in supporting the establishment of the new Alice Springs Medicare Mental Health Centre. The role will establish and foster stakeholder engagement with the necessary health service partnerships with agencies to ASMMHC and support the successful building fit-out activities, lead co-design initiative and recruitment of service delivery team during the 12-month establishment phase.

What you will bring to the role
* Significant experience in health promotion, health services or allied health
* Relevant qualification and/or registration with a governing body is required for allied health staff (e.g. AASW for Social Work)
* Experience service establishment
* Experience in establishing new processes within a new service context
* Ability to travel at short notice as and if required
* Proven ability in the leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including the provision of supervision and the facilitation of review and performance management processes.
