Growth Specialist
Work model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite during the first 6 months)
Spicy Web partners with established Australian businesses to deliver meaningful growth through SEO, paid media, and high‐value website projects. We focus on long‐term results, strong client relationships, and delivering meaningful and effective work rather than chasing volume or quick wins.
As our agency grows, we are building a more structured and consistent sales function that supports both our clients and our team.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Growth Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing, enjoys consultative selling, values process, and takes pride in helping clients make confident, well‐informed decisions.
You will work with a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, supported by a defined sales process, admin assistance, and subject‐matter specialists. This role suits someone who sells calmly, asks good questions, and is comfortable discussing value, ROI, and budgets.
You will report to the General Manager and work closely with our delivery and admin teams.
What You Will Do
* Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities to ensure strong fit and commercial value
* Run discovery meetings to understand client goals and challenges
* Coordinate audits and proposals with internal specialists
* Present solutions clearly and confidently via video or in person
* Maintain accurate CRM records and clear next steps
* Contribute to pipeline growth through both inbound conversion and outbound outreach
* Build long‐term client relationships that support retention and satisfaction

* A healthy, well‐qualified sales pipeline aligned with our service offerings
* Consistent progress of opportunities through defined sales stages
* Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
* Strong and consistent contribution toward monthly new business targets
What We Are Looking For
* Experience selling digital marketing services, with a good understanding of SEO, paid media, and websites
* A calm, confident, and consultative sales style
* Strong attention to detail and comfort using CRM systems
* Commercial confidence discussing budgets, ROI, and timelines
* Genuine interest in helping clients succeed long‐term
* Ability to build trusted relationships with business owners and decision makers
* An active LinkedIn profile with professional engagement
* Existing professional network that supports business development and referrals
* Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week during the first 6 months
