Part-time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to join our team on a Tuesday to Thursday roster. This role will provide a range of administrative support to assist the Executive Assistant and broader team.
About the Role
* Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties and support the Executive Assistant and other team members as needed.
* Manage Calendars: Manage diaries, meeting rooms, and Outlook calendars.
* Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card expenses and maintain office supply levels.
Key qualifications include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
