Role Description
Full-time, Part-time, Casual and Contract roles are available in the Civil, High Risk, Transport, Rural, and Health sectors located in Rockhampton, QLD. Trainer/Assessors will be responsible for delivering training, assessing competency, and ensuring compliance within the specified sectors on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain.
* Industry experience in the relevant sector - delivering training in the civil, high risk, transport, rural, health.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in conducting assessments and maintaining documentation
* Experience in working with diverse groups of learners
* Relevant certifications or licenses in specified sectors
