About the Position:
This role requires an experienced forklift operator to manage receipt, handling, and dispatch of chemicals and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Operate Counterbalance Forklift with precision and care
* Ensure safe working practices around chemicals
* Effectively receipt, handle, and dispatch orders
* Accurately read and interpret delivery instructions
Key Responsibilities:
* Expertly utilize Counterbalance Forklift equipment
* Work safely within chemical environments
* Efficiently process incoming and outgoing stock
* Properly read and apply delivery information
Benefits of the Role:
This position offers regular working hours, Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. You will also have the opportunity to secure permanent employment after four months, provided you meet the necessary requirements.
Requirements and Skills:
* Must be physically fit
* Able to work in environments where chemicals are present
* Regular drug and alcohol screenings required
* Prior experience with mechanical operations beneficial
