About the Role
The purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional, authentic, and inspiring experiences through customer service excellence to all Nature Parks visitors. Provide comprehensive product information about the Nature Parks and Phillip Island as a destination and promote and share the Nature Parks contribution in conservation, eco‐tourism, and sustainability.
About you
You have a passion for wildlife and conservation, and you thrive on creating exceptional, genuine, and inspiring experiences for every visitor. Your customer service is warm, engaging, and memorable. We are particularly keen to hear from those with tour guiding experience — confident in leading groups, skilled at telling captivating stories, and able to bring the magic of our wildlife and conservation work to life. Language skills are always highly desirable, helping us connect with our diverse range of visitors from around the world.

Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated high level of experience in customer service
* Previous experience in visitor engagement, sales and service duties within a fast‐paced environment
* Ability to provide high quality service, information and guidance to a diverse range of visitors including Non English speaking visitors.
* Experience in system use, point of sale, ticketing systems and cash handling and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Proven ability to follow directions, de‐escalate and resolve conflict and multi‐task and prioritise in a diverse environment
* Demonstrated communication and problem‐solving skills

* Drivers License
* First Aid Level II and CPR
