About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage your expertise in MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) to drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery.
* Develop and implement effective solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders, utilizing your analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
* Foster strong relationships with technical and non-technical groups, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout complex business problems.
* Stay up-to-date with federal regulations, state-specific policy nuances, and industry best practices to inform your decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
* Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Proven track record of successfully leading or significantly contributing to multiple large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects.
* Business Analysis Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate current business methods and procedures for improvements, with expert proficiency in methodologies and tools such as BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, and TOGAF.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Health and Human Services Experience: Strong preference for direct, hands-on experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems, including a deep understanding of federal regulations, state-specific policy nuances, and industry best practices.
* Government Sector Experience: Experience working within a government or public sector environment.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
* Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
