The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager:
* Joint clinical responsibility of our 129 bed Lake Cathie aged care facility
* Provide clinical leadership, direct, empower and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high quality care
* Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
* Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
* Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided

About you:
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager in residential aged care
* Nurturing, supportive and approachable leader who sets clear expectations and promotes collaboration to achieve team success
* Sound understanding the aged care standards and what is required to achieve accreditation compliance
* Energetic, passionate and with a positive attitude
* Committed to person-centred and relationship-based care that upholds the dignity and respect of all residents
