About the role
We are seeking a talented Level 2/3 MSP Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team at Mesa IT. In this full-time role, you will be based in Brisbane and play a crucial part in providing high-quality IT support and technical solutions to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
* Providing advanced technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues
* Collaborating with the wider IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
* Documenting and communicating technical solutions and processes
* Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
* Continuously improving our service delivery and identifying opportunities for innovation
What we're looking for
* Substantial experience (5+ years) in an IT support or service desk role, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) environment
* Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with network administration, server management, and desktop support
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex IT issues
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* A proactive, innovative, and collaborative approach to work
* Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA) would be highly regarded
