**Job Title:** Contracts Administrator
The role of a contracts administrator is to oversee all contractual aspects of projects. This entails ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as managing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Preparation: The contracts administrator will be responsible for preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that all contractual requirements are met.
* Project Stakeholder Management: Engage with all internal project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
* Progress Claim Assistance: Assist in the management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.
* Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts with suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience working as a CA or Senior CA on commercial or multi-residential projects.
* Project Value: Experience of working on projects of at least $50M in value.
* Training and Development: Willing to support and train junior CAs.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
* Subcontractor Management: Previous experience managing sub-contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.
* Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
