Description
* Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
* Oversee cost control and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
* Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* A degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Previous experience with PRONTO highly regarded
* Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
* Experience with financial systems and software.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Offer
* Hourly rate between AUD 65 - 85 plus Superannuation.
