We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Port Hedland, located on the beautiful west coast of Australia.
This position is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and providing leadership to our electrical and refrigeration team. You will be an advocate for our company internally and externally, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting client expectations, fostering positive relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

About the Role
* Coordinating and scheduling works
* Day-to-day supervision and coordination of the workforce
* Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimize risk to health and safety of themselves and others
* Report incidents, non-conformances, and near misses and participate in incident investigations when required
* Collaborating with project engineers/managers, mechanical/civil/plumbing disciplines, and other stakeholders
* Conduct toolbox talks and prestart meetings
Your Technical Qualifications
* Trade certificate
* LVR CPR
* S26 Certificate or able to pass the DEMIRS examination
* Construction Induction Card
* BHP Inducted (preferable)
About You
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a leadership role within the electrical industry, ability to collaborate with team members and supervise to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. You should have a strong understanding of safety procedures and practices within mining/domestic environments, ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
