About The Role
Here at Woolies, the Proactive Services team ensures trolleys are available for use and our stores remain in pristine condition, enabling customers and staff to enjoy a hygienically clean environment.
What You'll Do
* Complete daily tasks such as sweeping floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, team rooms, and emptying bins.
* Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
* Collaborate across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
* Assist customers in-store by answering questions and providing directions.
* Receive full training on operating a variety of equipment and tools to enhance safety and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
* An ambitious mindset and a passion for retail and people.
* Physical fitness; able to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5‐10 kg.
* Flexibility to work in various environments—including shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
* Availability to work Monday‐Sunday, with shifts starting at 6 am or 5 pm.
* A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
