About the role: Working closely with a Partner, this role will see you work across: providing expert advice and managing claims in various areas, including policy coverage and first-party claims, public liability claims; professional indemnity claims, and subrogated recovery claims; working with local authorities on insurance-related issues: personal injury cases, building and construction disputes, misrepresentation and misfeasance in public office; and overseeing a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims, ranging from catastrophic injuries to loss of dependency, as well as handling CTP and dust diseases claims. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you: have 2 yrs PAE in Insurance (public liability); have a strong background in insurance law and claims management; and excel in establishing robust client relationships, and prioritising exceptional client service.
