About the Role

Our team of Support Workers provide day-to-day assistance to adults and children living with disability – supporting them to live independently and helping them work toward their goals and discover new passions. When your job is to give someone the freedom to live life how they choose, each day is different – and there's plenty of fun to be had along the way

We are looking for reliable disability support workers to assist our clients in the Geelong region - candidate flexibility for shifts between Monday - Sunday is desirable, for days and nights.

Please note: shifts range from 2hrs in length to 10hrs depending on client needs.

Standard travel to and from shifts can be up to 30mins.


Duties and Responsibilities may include:

* Personal Care - Bowel Care and Catheter Care
* Manual handling and hoisting
* Social support and companionship
* Domestic duties and meal preparation


Mandatory Requirements:

* First Aid and CPR certificates
* Drivers License
* Working with Children's Check (If applicable)
