The successful applicant will need to be enthusiastic, committed, hold a food handling certificate and have a good knowledge of HACCP and OH&S procedures.
The successful applicant will need to be Trade Qualified and have full knowledge of:
* Breaking down of Carcass Beef, Lamb & Pork
* Operation of Bandsaw
* Operation of Mincer
* Licence would be beneficial
