About the Role 
• Provide generalist HR support and advice across recruitment, employee relations, and compliance 
• Process recruitment activities including advertising, appointments, compliance checking, and onboarding 
• Advise on parental leave, salary progression, and employment conditions 
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation, policies, and procedures 
• Promote and coordinate recruitment activities and events 
• Respond to internal and external HR enquiries in a professional and timely manner 
• Contribute to maintaining HR systems and records accurately 
About You 
• Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (Diploma or above) and/or relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations 
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices and current issues 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn corporate systems quickly 
• Current Class C Driver’s License 
• Desirable: Sound knowledge of Commonwealth, State, and Local Government legislation impacting HR and recruitment
