As a bakery manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our bakery department. You will be accountable for ensuring that our stores are exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers and local community.

* You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Direct/indirect leadership experience is essential as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
* You will maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
* You will drive a one-team culture which celebrates success and puts your team members' health, safety and wellbeing first

About the Role
This is a full-time position reporting to the Store Manager. You will be responsible for managing the bakery department to ensure exceptional customer service, high-quality products and efficient operations.
