**The role**
This Government agency based in Geelong is seeking an experienced Officer Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis.
3 months contract role with possible extensions.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide general administration and office support
- Prepare presentations, agendas and minutes
- Organise functions and team events
- Coordination of database and administrative systems
**Required**
- Min 4 years of experience providing high level administrative support
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent and effective written, verbal and telephone communication skills
