About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Civil Designer to develop earthwork design solutions that meet client specifications and project requirements.
* Ensure all design outputs and documentation are accurate, complete, and aligned with project standards.
* Maintain consistent drafting practices by adhering to industry design and documentation standards across all projects.
* Provide technical expertise and support to team members within the discipline.
* Foster professional growth in junior engineers and designers through mentorship and guidance.
About You
To be successful, you will require a minimum of 7 years' experience in Earthworks, Roadworks, and Drainage design within industries such as mining, mineral processing, materials handling, or heavy industrial.
An Advanced Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
You will need to have proven expertise in Civil 3D, 12D, and AutoCAD, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You should be self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
