About the Role Canex Resources is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international mobility and vehicle rental provider for a full-time Customer Experience Agent. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience. This role operates on a rotating roster, so availability for nights, weekends and public holidays is essential. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Opening and closing rental agreements Managing reservations and customer enquiries Selling additional over-the-counter rental products General office administration including phones and filing Recording vehicle damage and condition reports Delivering and moving vehicles between locations Working between the main office and airport locations Providing high-quality customer service at all times What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, sales or dealership environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and computer skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends Requirements Current Manual Open Driver’s Licence Reliable transport to and from work Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing Full working rights within Australia What’s on Offer Full training provided Stable full-time opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity to join a growing and reputable business Long-term role for the right candidate Ready to Start?
