Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct face‑to‑face interviews with candidates
* Handle a high volume of phone calls daily
* Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance requirements are met
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain candidate records
* Coordinate bookings for medicals, flights, and accommodation
* Carry out local site visits when required
* Communicate regularly with clients and provide status updates
* Attend local events, networking functions and industry conferences
* Collaborate closely with our Perth‑based team
Experience in recruitment (agency or internal) will be highly regarded, but it's not essential.
