Project Manager: Digital Experience Transformation

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience overseeing large-scale technology initiatives, successfully guiding projects from conception through completion using structured methodologies—particularly agile approaches—to achieve defined objectives within set constraints.
Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience leading complex digital transformation projects impacting multiple teams or user groups within a government or regulated setting.
* Proven ability to influence without authority by building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban combined with hands-on experience driving iterative project delivery methodologies.
Additional desirable skills and qualifications include:
