About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take charge of our organic content engine and shape the strategy that drives our marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling copy for blog posts, case studies, testimonials, launch emails, and LinkedIn updates. They will also design easy-to-digest visuals for social posts, headers, and sales decks.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead our content strategy across blog, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and social media
* Own the content calendar: plan, brief, write, schedule, and optimize every asset
* Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer teams to surface the best stories and insights
* Measure what matters: track opens, clicks, and engagement; iterate your approach for maximum impact
Requirements
* 2-5+ years' experience in content marketing, copywriting, or communications
* A standout portfolio showcasing both writing chops and simple design work
* Proven ability to take content from idea to publish—you own the process end-to-end
* Comfortable with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe, plus LinkedIn and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
* A proactive, organized self-starter who thrives working independently and loves a fast-paced environment
