Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team at one of our care homes. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-first care to residents with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or relevant qualification and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in aged care is highly regarded but not essential. You will be part of a tight-knit team that prioritizes collaboration and support.

**Job Requirements**
* A minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or relevant qualification
