Marketing Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to execute digital marketing activities that drive brand awareness, product engagement, and customer growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including product promotions, newsletters, and event announcements.
* Develop and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, tailored to a B2B audience in the industry.
* Design digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Manage website content and updates using WordPress, including product pages, news posts, and landing pages.
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support product launches, promotions, and joint campaigns.
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
* Assist with campaign reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement.
* Support event and tradeshow logistics as needed.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role.
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email marketing and automation.
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing platform.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator).
* Experience working with WordPress CMS.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
* A degree in marketing, communications, or design is preferred but not essential.
* Bonus: Experience in the technology or security industry.
