Our client is seeking a Hunter / Business Development Manager with exceptional sales skills to target mining companies located across Australia, South America, and Canada.

**The role**
This is a newly created position and would be suitable for an experienced Business Development Manager with an engineering/technical background and experience in selling to mine-site and maintenance managers, procurement, and as well as additional stakeholders involved with mine site equipment maintenance. The focus of your responsibilities will be split evenly between national and international business development. It is a pure hunter position whereby clients after acquisition will be managed by account managers and other internal staff.
Working out of their premises in the northern suburbs of Perth, you will be reporting to the Leadership Team. The primary focus of the position will be identifying, approaching, and converting new, potential domestic and international mining companies and distributors; as well as penetrating existing customers including cross
- and upselling. Additionally, you will be travelling nationally and internationally for on-site face-to-face meetings.
