The Role
As Solutions & Implementation Consultant, you are the bridge between possibility and reality for our clients. You'll be their trusted guide, from the first conversation, through onboarding, to ongoing adoption and growth. This isn't just about support. It's about creating experiences that inspire confidence, fuel loyalty, and turn clients into advocates. You'll partner with firms to embed Cloudoffis into the fabric of their workflows, making our technology an essential part of their success story.

Qualifications
* A background in accounting with 3+ years of hands-on tax return preparation/review in Australian public practice.
* A consultative mindset: proactive, empathetic, and laser-focused on client outcomes.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
* Natural relationship-building skills with the ability to thrive on collaboration and trust.
* Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision.
* Independent, yet a team player, equally comfortable leading or supporting.
