Key Role in Capital Transactions Support
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide critical support in coordinating communications between internal teams, consultants, and ensuring seamless processes and timely outcomes.
* Assist with research, due diligence, and preparation of board papers and presentations
* Support the team in completing freehold acquisitions, developing property strategies, and divestments
* Monitor local council planning activity, rezonings, and development applications
* Process consultant invoices and authority fees accurately and on time
* Prepare documentation for Capital Approval Committee submissions
* Contribute to reporting, progress tracking, and effective stakeholder communication

* Organized and detail-oriented, with strong admin and project management skills
* Confident in PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to bring insights to life
* Adaptable and collaborative, able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Manage multiple priorities with ease and build strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
