We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Laboratory team in a full-time role.
With the 2026 Vintage season fast approaching, we're looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Vintage Laboratory Assistants to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wine industry, whether you're new to the field or looking to build on existing skills.

Location: Loxton, Riverland
Start Date: Mid-January 2026
Duration: 10-12 weeks (seasonal role)
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of laboratory functions, including:
Conducting laboratory sampling, testing, and analysis..
Ensuring adherence to safety, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Operating key laboratory equipment
General laboratory housekeeping duties
What We're Looking For:
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Team player who can also work independently
Shift-based availability across a rotating 3-shift roster (additional hours may be required)
No experience? No problem We provide full training, so previous cellar or warehouse experience is not required.
Essential Requirements:
Full working rights (Visa holders welcome; valid until end of April 2026)
Ability to follow instructions from Supervisors and Managers
Adherence to Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and completion of all documentation accurately
