**About the role**
We have a great opportunity for you to join ELGAS as an
**Account Manager. **Based out of Blue Mountains or Sydney NSW
**,**
**you will not only be responsible for the growth and retention of select Customers**, but also seeking and converting recent business prospects across Lower Blue Mtns/Katoomba/Lithgow/Bathurst and surrounding areas.
**Some of the key responsibilities in this role include**:
- Operate, promote & adhere to Elgas/Linde Safety standards at all times
- Achieve LP Gas sales budget being agreed sales volume, margin and product group objectives
- Re-sign customers and volume tonne as they fall due
- Complete allocated number Scheduled customer calls each month.
- Complete customer training as required, including decant and forklift filling procedures
- Identify and secure new business opportunities as they appear along with proactively sourcing new business opportunities.
- Uphold Elgas and Linde Group Service and Ethical Standards
**You will have skills and experience including**:
- 2-3 years field sales experience
- Clean and valid drivers licence
- Strong customer focus
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
