The Role
With a period of exciting growth ahead we have an exciting opportunity at Cable for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in developing, driving and implementing marketing initiatives that maximise revenue and strengthen brand presence across national, state and local levels. You'll be responsible for day-to-day marketing coordination, campaign execution, and ensuring marketing delivery is aligned with business objectives and timelines.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced retail environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects and is passionate about delivering high‐quality marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Marketing & Competitor Analysis – Track competitor activity, prepare weekly reports and analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining key business dashboards.
* Marketing Planning & EDM – Manage EDM planning, approvals and scheduling in collaboration with Graphic Design and eCommerce, while maintaining the annual marketing calendar.
* Local Area Marketing (LAM) – Act as the key contact for store and centre marketing teams, manage local promotions and build strong relationships to drive brand visibility.
* Photoshoot Coordination – Support campaign, eCommerce and product shoots, coordinating studios, talent, timelines and ensuring delivery aligns with budgets and critical paths.
* Digital Marketing – Support paid media and digital initiatives, working closely with the Digital Marketing team to maximise ROI.
* Social media – Manage day‐to‐day social content, scheduling and copywriting, while driving engagement and influencer collaborations.
* PR, Events & Sponsorships – Support PR initiatives, store launches and events, and assist in managing sponsorship requests and execution.
* Budget & Administration – Manage invoicing, track marketing spend and ensure accurate budget reporting.
* Additional Support – Assist eCommerce and Customer Service teams during peak periods and contribute to ad‐hoc marketing projects.
What we're looking for
* Relevant qualification in Marketing or related field.
* 1–3 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator role, ideally within fashion or retail.
* A passion for womenswear fashion and strong brand awareness.
* Solid understanding of marketing principles across digital and traditional channels.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* A proactive, hands‐on approach with strong problem‐solving capability.
* Confidence working cross‐functionally with internal teams and external partners.
