We are a modern, dynamic and technology-focused real estate business seeking a creative and forward-thinking Database, Communications & Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing brands to life, creating engaging content and building a clear personality and voice across social media, while also managing smart, consistent database communication.
You will play a key role in shaping how our business shows up online through social media, video content, email, SMS and after-sales communication - while supporting our sales and property management teams.
ABOUT THE GIG
Your focus will be on creating, managing and evolving our digital presence, including:
* Creating and managing all social media accounts for the business
* Developing a clear brand personality, tone and content strategy
* Creating, filming and editing short-form video content (Reels, Stories, video posts)
* Planning and scheduling social media content across platforms
* Creating, managing and maintaining database communications via email and SMS
* Implementing and evolving the after-sales communication program
* Cleaning, maintaining and growing the client database
* Supporting 20+ Sales Associates and Property Manager BDMs with campaigns, listings and promotions
* Continually introducing fresh ideas, trends and creative concepts
* General marketing support for new campaigns
You will work across two Ray White businesses, with the opportunity to support our brokerage business over time.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Strong creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling
* Experience creating and managing social media accounts for a business
* Ability to film, edit and produce video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar
* Solid understanding of digital marketing, social platforms and trends
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Real estate experience or understanding of the sales journey (preferred but not essential)
* Experience with VaultRE, Designly, Canva, ActivePipe (preferred, not essential)
* Graphic design skills (advantageous, not essential)
* Ability to develop and implement new communication strategies and processes
