Job Overview
The Specialist Harmful Sexual Behaviours (HSB) Program provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people displaying harmful sexual behaviours. Our service offers holistic healing, support, counselling, and therapeutic responses that promote recovery.
The Clinical Coordinator will oversee Counsellors and Aboriginal Outreach Support Workers in our Specialist HSB Program. This role involves supervising staff, managing programs, and collaborating with stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Master's level qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Aboriginal Studies, or a related field with clinical experience.
* Knowledge of and experience working with children and young people who display harmful sexual behaviours.
* Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a team and with internal and external stakeholders.
