About Our Opportunity

As a valued team member of our Bayswater branch, you will work as part of a collaborative team to provide administrative support to our Sales team and deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers. This is a varied, customer service-based role where a typical day will involve:

* Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the correct department
* Creating and reviewing quote request forms, sending quotes to sales representatives, and converting quotes to orders
* Managing day-to-day conversations with major customers, following up on requests, and ensuring timely responses
* Promptly responding to customer phone and email enquiries, troubleshooting issues, or directing them to the right department
* Learning to read plans and energy reports, adding a technical element to your skillset
* Processing sales orders and generating energy rating reports

In doing so, you will directly contribute to the success of the Sales team and the quality of our customers' experience.


About You

We're looking to leverage your customer service and administrative experience, along with your keenness to learn and work as part of a supportive team. You will be a well‑organised team player who contributes to a positive work environment, is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service, and remains composed when working through customer issues.


You Will Have

* Previous exposure to, or the ability to quickly gain competency with, our CRM (SAP)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong work ethic
* Confidence on the phone and via email, comfortable liaising directly with customers
* The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to commit to a full-time, in-office role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
