An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Bunbury Dolphin Discovery Inc. as the Procurement and Finance Support Officer. The Dolphin Discovery Centre is not-for-profit organisation is dedicated to the research, protection, and conservation of marine animals and their environment, providing education opportunities for schools and the public, as well as enjoyable and informative experiences for visitors.
Based in Bunbury and reporting to the Financial Services Manager, the Procurement and Finance Support Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the finance team. The role focuses on procurement processes, grant applications and acquittals, invoice processing and general administrative tasks across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
· Previous experience in procurement and financial support.
· Well-developed administration and organisational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Permanent Part-time position (working between 10-15 hours per week over 2 days)
