About the Role 
The Quality & Training Manager leads the development and improvement of quality systems and training programs across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring regulatory compliance, ISO accreditation, and a culture of continuous improvement. 
Quality Management 
- Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001:2015 
- Drive continuous improvement and manage NCOR reporting 
- Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPAs 
- Ensure compliance with regulations including GDP/GWP, CoR, AACA, and RACA 
- Collaborate with teams to identify risks and improve quality 
- Support supplier quality reporting and client reviews 
Training & Development 
- Design, deliver, and manage operational and compliance training programs 
- Develop SOPs, onboarding, and refresher training aligned with regulations 
- Maintain training records and competency assessments 
- Foster a culture of learning and audit readiness 
Audit & Compliance 
- Lead internal, client, and third-party audit preparations and execution 
- Build robust relationships with client quality teams and regulators 
- Conduct internal audits, analyse trends, and report risks to leadership 
- Maintain ongoing ISO and industry compliance readiness 
Profile 
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field 
- Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) 
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment 
- Chain of Responsibility (CoR) certification 
- 5+ years in quality leadership within healthcare logistics 
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001:2015 QMS, audits, and CAPA management 
- Knowledge of dangerous goods storage and transport by air and road 
- Strong experience in designing training programs and managing LMS
