As a Sales Associate Online, you will enhance Stockland's competitive position by effectively supporting new sales enquiries and playing a key role in our Customer Journey. You'll focus on phone and digital communication channels to support and engage with customers. Delivering market‐leading sales qualification conversations and customer support, you'll help customers with their decision‐making process and progression towards a new home.
This role is based from our Brisbane Head Office on Melbourne Street but offering flexibility to work from our project offices as well. A full‐time permanent role that will require some flexibility to work 5‐day shifts across 7 days, including weekends, two allocated days off during the week.
