Responsibilities
- Lead with a customer-first mindset to deliver great in-store experiences and inspire your team to achieve this every day.
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive high performance, coaching the team to deliver excellence in every customer interaction.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, manage the team to achieve financial budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising excellence.
- Act as the first point of contact in the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring high standards of in-store service.
- Coach, develop, and empower team members through feedback, training, and recognition to foster a positive, high-performing store culture.
