About the Role
As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Supervisors and ensuring insurance repairs run smoothly from start to finish. You'll be responsible for coordinating make-safes, scheduling trades, managing job updates, and providing exceptional communication to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate repair works and assist Supervisors with day-to-day workflow
* Organise make-safe responses and schedule trades efficiently
* Liaise with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams
* Maintain job documentation, updates, and reporting
* Ensure repairs are delivered on time and to quality standards
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process
About You
* Previous experience in insurance building, construction, or scheduling (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities
* A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
