**Position Summary**: 
Cash Management Solutions is an integral part of J.P.Morgan's Payments business. The Associate Product Manager role is responsible for supporting cash management (payables and receivables) and FX products, working closely with business partners across J.P.Morgan, such as internal technology, operations, client service partners, and third party providers and local regulators, to deliver the right mix of cash and short-term investment products to the Payments client base. 
- Provide strong support to cash management project initiatives applicable to Australia & New Zealand. 
- Work with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to review and update existing controls and procedures.
**Additional responsibilities include**:
- Managing product level RCSA's 
- Providing local analysis to support regional initiatives and projects 
- Work closely with Operations to understand existing system behaviors to identify the changes or fixes required to ensure consistent product performance. 
- Support regional requests for Compliance & Control initiatives 
- Coordinate day to day MSP issues and SLA meetings 
- Complete annual TPO Vendor reviews
**Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge** 
- Minimum 6 years of transactional banking experience (Operations or prior Product experience preferred). 
- Payables and receivables product knowledge 
- Team player; work with limited supervision required 
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills including good decision making and multi-tasking abilities 
- Deep MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word skills 
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (Preferable) 
- Valuable communications and presentation skills 
- Analytical skills 
- Attention to detail 
- Focuses on accountability, action and outcomes to ensure solutions meet and/or exceed client needs while aligning Business deliverables to the firm's mission and goals.
