Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing facilities operations and maintenance across assigned buildings. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for escalated communications among clients, landlords, and service providers.
1. Schedule regular preventive maintenance and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and other building systems to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
2. Conduct routine office inspections to diagnose potential issues and coordinate timely repairs.
3. Analyze work order data to prepare performance reports for management on a regular basis.
4. Bid projects competitively by developing comprehensive proposals outlining scope of services, timelines, costs associated therewith etc., ensuring alignment between company objectives & client expectations throughout execution phase without compromising quality standards.
