Digital Assistant Brand Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Assistant Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and market share.
Scope of work
Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and execute Annual Brand Master Plan.
Develop Brand Communication strategies and campaigns & execute with excellence across all touch points with Internal team and agencies.
Leading on e-commerce and online channel sales.
Tracking digital KPI's and ensuring brand growth targets are met.
Managing Brand website updates and leading on development and enhancement with suppliers.
Managing social media channels and influencer marketing with agency and internal teams.
Monthly reporting and analysis of all brand KPI's and putting recommendations for growth.
Trend monitoring and landscape assessment of natural beauty category, competitors and product insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing or brand management, with a focus on consumer products.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
