Business Support Officer (part time)
Salary range $60,000-65,000 (pro-rata)
About the role
Gold Medal Services is seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Business Support Officer in our Berrimah office. The role is part time and working hours are negotiable. You will be working in a team to ensure the smooth running of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for major contracts
* Support MYOB accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
* Maintain confidentiality of employee and company financial information
* Provide general financial and administrative support to the Business team.
Requirements for Success:
* Proven accounts and administrative experience
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Proficiency in MYOB accounting, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain confidentiality
* Experience in a trade related business highly desirable
