We’re seeking an exceptional Boutique Manager to lead our Perth flagship boutique. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-performing leadership role within a luxury bridal brand, working a balanced 4‑day roster while earning industry‑leading commissions.
As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture and presentation of the Perth boutique. You’ll lead from the front, drive sales results, coach your team to excellence, and ensure every bride receives an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team
* Drive boutique sales, KPIs, conversion and average order value
* Deliver exceptional customer experience and brand standards
* Manage rostering, performance, training and daily operations
* Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation
* Oversee administration and reporting
* Foster a positive and motivated team culture
About You
* Proven experience as a Store Manager / Boutique Manager in premium retail, beauty or lifestyle
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Sales‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
* Highly organised, systems‑focused and operationally strong
* Confident communicator with exceptional customer service standards
* Flexible, proactive and hands‑on leadership style
