As a Senior Psychologist in Toowoomba, you’ll help shape clinical education for students and current graduates, working across teams to build capability and confidence. Responsibilities
Coordinate education programs, support clinicians in mentoring roles, and contribute to service improvement across Darling Downs and South West Health Services. Engage with universities, health teams and statewide networks to ensure training is consistent, safe and relevant. Review data, offer guidance to new graduates, or refine a learning framework, with work that reflects the values of compassion, integrity and innovation—helping others grow while keeping care at the centre.
