Position Overview
The Receptionist plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient coordination of client care at the Bidyadanga* Clinic on a Part-time basis***. Working closely with the Health Centre Manager and other staff, you will manage reception and administrative duties that facilitate optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform all duties in accordance with KAMS policies and procedures.
* Greet community members and coordinate patient arrivals using MMEx "patient tracking."
* Update client demographic information and maintain confidentiality.
* Handle incoming calls and relay messages professionally and promptly.
* Manage patient documentation, including scanning and updating records.
* Assist with office supply management and prepare mail for despatch.
* Provide information on available health services to clients.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
* Comply with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to teamwork and confidentiality. You will be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Demonstrated word processing and clerical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanour.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety standards.
* National Police Clearance is mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of $62,815 per annum pro rata, along with additional benefits including:
* Annual airfare allowance of $1,285 p.a pro rata (after 12 months of service)
* The opportunity for salary sacrifice up to $30,000 p.a pro rata.
